Returns / Exchanges



Nanny Pickle will accept exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed product from a purchase on our Website, in our Warehouse or Pop Up Stores within 14 days of the delivery/purchase date provided all store swing tags are intact and the original purchase receipt can be produced.


Refunds are not provided for "change of mind" purchases but we will happily exchange or provide a credit note if exchange is taken out within 14 days of purchase.


Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. 



On the very rare occasion that an item is deemed by Nanny Pickle faulty we will happily exchange the garment for you within 30 days of being purchased.


If your item has been purchased from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns/exchanges for items purchased through a third party retailer.
